Ingredients:
15 muscles = 1oz approximately
For every 60 muscles:
2 cups of chicken stock
2 or more garlic cloves pressed for minced
2 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp fresh sea salt
1/2 tsp Fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup fine diced green onion .
Method: In a stock pot place broth, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and onions. Turn pot onto high heat, pour in muscles and place lid on tight. Steam muscles for 5 minutes. You know the temp is right as it will move the lid. Muscles are done when they open. Discard any unopened muscles. Enjoy muscles and broth with a side of low carb Artisan bread. Phase 4 replace broth with wine or your favorite craft beer.
