Spicy Peach Mango Paletas


Ingredients:

1 cup of roasted chayote squash chopped

1 bottle of peach mango drink

1 tbsp fresh basil chopped

1 lime juiced

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup


Method:

Blend all ingredients together until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds, ice cube or silicon molds, and freeze until set.

Enjoy as a slush blended with ice.

Enjoy with carbonated water and extra lime.

Recipe yields – 1 cup of vegetables and 1 unrestricted protein serving.
