Radish Raita

Ingredients:

1/4 cup fresh mint diced 1/4 cup fresh cilantro diced 1/4 cup of chopped red onion 1/4 chopped cucumber 1 Serrano or jalapeño fine diced 1 cup of grated radish 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice 2 tsp of olive oil 1/2 tsp salt Cilantro leaves for garnish.


Method: Mix all ingredients well, delicious as a dip or an accompaniment on chicken or fish. Tip: Phase 4 add 1 cup of plain full fat or Greek yogurt . Perfect for raw vegetable dip, and low carb pita chips.
