Radish Mash with Garlic and Dill

Ingredients:

2 cups of radishes, washed and diced 2 whole garlic cloves Salt Pepper 2 tsp of olive oil 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Method:

In a small saucepan add radishes and garlic, cover with water, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, drain water. Place radish, garlic, dill, salt, pepper ,and oil in blender or ninja and blend or purée until smooth. Sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
