Ingredients
1.5 cups of washed and trimmed Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup of radishes washed and trimmed
1 tbsp WF choice of jam - pictured Cranberry ( soften for 20 seconds in microwave )
1 garlic clove minced
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-2 tsp grape seed or olive oil - optional
In a small roasting pan place all ingredients. Mix to coat well. Bake covered or uncovered for 30 - 45 min @ 375 (depends on size of radishes and Brussels sprouts). Mix a few times during roasting. You may choose to omit oil, or drizzle over finished roasted brussel sprouts and radishes.
