Deas Japanese Cabbage Salad


Ingredients:

2 cups of shredded cabbage

1 cup of bean sprouts

½ cup fresh sliced mushrooms

½ cup of diced green onions

1 pkg of Trail Mix – optional

1 cup of dried zero noodle or kelp noodle – optional

Dressing:

1 tbsp Brags soy seasoning

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp of olive oil

10 grams of dry chicken bouillon

¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

½ tsp granular sugar free sweetener


Method:

Toss together all vegetables and Trail Mix.

Whisk together all dressing ingredients, add dressing to salad , toss well to coat and enjoy.
