Ingredients: 1 cup cream cheese 1 half cup mayonnaise 1 garlic clove minced 2 tablespoons fresh dill weed chopped 1 teaspoon dried basil 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp garlic salt ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 1 cup of sweet mini peppers chopped fine 1 cup English cucumber chopped fine
Method Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bull until smooth add garlic clove, dill weed, dried basil, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
Mix until smooth. Now add in mini sweet peppers and cucumbers. Place in fridge to chill for at least 1 hour, and flavours blend even better to let to sit overnight. Serve with other fresh vegetables low carb chips and low carb bread. Recipe yields 12 servings, each serving is 2 tbsp
