
Ingredients:
2 tsp of paprika
2 garlic cloves minced or pressed
1 tsp of granular sugar free sweetener
1/2 tsp of celery salt
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
1/8 tsp of cayenne
2 tsp of olive oil
1 lb of scallops
Method: Bring scallops to room temperature and pat dry. Toss in a bowl with olive oil - coat all the scallops well. In a medium bowl place all spices. Coat the scallops in the spices evenly. Preheat cast iron skillet on high. A regular skillet is fine as well. Place scallops in the skillet and cook for approximately 1 minute per side. Serve immediately.
