Yellowfin Citrus Cauli Rice Bowl


8 oz yellowfin tuna

Light brush of Dijon mustard

1 cup of green beans

2 tsp of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp of Braggs Aminos

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp minced lemon zest

2 tbsp of water

1 cup of cauliflower rice


Pan fry 8 oz of yellowfin tuna, add a bit of pepper, fresh lemon juice and a light brush of Dijon mustard. Pan fry, grill, or bake, 5 minutes per side. Set aside. Sauté 1 cup of green beans until tender, remove from pan set aside. In pan over low/med heat in this order add: 2 tsp of olive oil, and 1 clove of garlic through press sauté garlic until fragrant. Then add 1 tbsp of Braggs Aminos, 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice,1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp minced lemon zest, and 2 tbsp of water. Once heated through place beans in mixture and remove from heat. Assemble over 1 cup of Cauliflower rice. Remove all sauce from pan with spatula, and pour over tuna and rice. Serve immediately. 8 oz protein, 1 extra, 2 cups vegetables
