Wild Berry Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients (dry): One packet of ideal protein plain pancake One packet of ideal protein wild berry yogurt drink 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Ingredients (wet egg free version): 2 oz of milk or water 1 tbsp of lemon juice (add to milk) 1/2 cup of air fried rhubarb 2 to 4 tsp of grapeseed oil
Ingredient (wet option #2): One beaten egg 1 ounce of milk or water 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in milk 2 teaspoons of grapeseed oil
Mix wet into dry ingredients. Combine well. Pour into parchment paper lined 6 inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and divide into two equal portions.
