Ingredients:
8 oz of lean and sliced stir-fry beef or pork
1 cup of yellow peppers
1 cup of snow peas
Sweet chili sauce:
1 tbsp of vinegar
2 tbsp of IP maple syrup
1 tsp of fresh grated ginger root
1 tsp of fresh minced garlic
1 tsp of hot chili peppers
1 tbsp of tomato paste
2-4 tbsp of water
Stir-fry your protein strips until tender. Remove from pan. Add veggies to the pan and stir-fry until tender crisp. Place the protein back in the pan with veggies and add sweet chili sauce. Toss and heat through.
