
Ingredients:
1 pkg of potato purée
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp of red chili flakes
Fresh ground pepper
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1/4 cup sauerkraut ( liquid drained off)
2 tsp of grape seed oil
In a bowl mix dry ingredients in a small bowl: 1 pkg of potato purée, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/8 tsp of red chili flakes, fresh ground pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. In another bowl beat 1 egg, add 1/4 cup sauerkraut ( liquid drained off), and 2 tsp of grape seed oil. Mix well. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into parchment paper lined mini loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
