1 pkg IP Potato Puree
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 fine grated purple cabbage
1 tbsp IP Oriental Sesame Dressing
1 tsp fine diced onion
Fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp water
In a small bowl add one package of IP potato purée and a 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Mix well.
In another small bowl place 1/4 cup of fine grated purple cabbage, 1 tbsp of IP Oriental Sesame Dressing, 1 teaspoon of fine diced green onion, fresh ground black pepper and 1 tbsp of water. Mix well.
Combine wet ingredients into dry and mix until smooth. The batter will be extremely thick. Place into parchment paper lined mini baking pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.
These buns are a perfect accompaniment to the tangy cabbage salad.
