Orange Chicken & Broci Rice


8 oz sliced chicken breast

2 tsp olive oil (separated)

dash of hot sauce

1/2 cup snow peas

1/2 cup of peppers

1/2 veggie broth

1 tbsp of brags soy Aminos

1 tbsp WF marmalade

1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes

1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar

1 cup of riced broccoli

Pan sauté 8 oz of sliced chicken breast with 1 tsp of olive oil, and a dash of hot sauce. Cook through, set aside. Then sauté in 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 cup of snow peas and 1/2 cup of peppers, until tender, remove and set aside with chicken. In pan add 1/2 cup of veggie broth, 1 tbsp of brags soy Aminos, 1 tbsp WF marmalade, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar. Heat until bubbly add in chicken and veggies and pour over 1 cup of riced broccoli. Make sure to pour all sauce out of pan over riced broccoli with spatula. Serve immediately. 8 oz protein, 2 tsp oil, 1 extra, 2 cups of vegetables
