Marinated Tofu


1/3 of a package of soft tofu (unsweetened and unflavored)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Italian herbs

Sea salt

Ground pepper

Grate 1/3 of a package of soft tofu (unsweetened and unflavored). Place in a small bowl and add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Italian herbs and a generous sprinkling of sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Cover tightly and marinade in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. You may drain off excess liquid before use.
