Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced Roma Tomato
1/2 cup diced onion - any kind
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of diced coloured peppers
1 small jalapeño diced fine
1 clove minced garlic
Few drops of Tabasco
1 tbsp of vinegar
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Combine all ingredients. Can eat immediately or seal and store in fridge. 1 cup of this Fresh Salsa is an ingredient in the Taco Dip recipe.
