Fresh Pico De Gallo


1 medium onion diced 4 Roma tomatoes diced and seeded 1 cup diced fresh cilantro 2-3 small jalapeños diced fine Juice of 1 lime Fresh grind of sea salt (be generous)

Mix all together and chill in fridge. Scoop up and enjoy with veggies & low carb chips.
