Ingredients:
IP Vanilla Drink Mix
6 oz. water
2 Eggs
2 tbsp DaVinci Eggnog sugar-free
In a small saucepan place
200 ml water
1 pkg of vanilla drink mix
Whisk until smooth, heat on med heat until piping hot .
While vanilla drink is heating :
Separate 2 eggs - yolks from whites
Place yolks in blender
Once vanilla drink is piping hot slowly pour over egg yolks while blending, then add 1/2 tsp of nutmeg or cloves or a little of both, then add 2 tsp of rum extract, or 1 fluid ounce of eggnog DaVinci.
Once blended well place in fridge to cool and thicken.
Once completely cooled , whip your egg whites until firm peaks form.
Fold eggs whites into eggnog and sprinkle nutmeg and/or cloves on top.
Phase 4 you can use real rum or liquor of choice.
