Dried Chayote and Rhubarb


Rhubarb (sliced thin), per desired amount

Chayote (sliced thin), per desired amount

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice rhubarb or chayote thin. Measure amount before laying on parchment. Bake at 170 degrees 4-8 hours until level of dryness is achieved. Excellent in puddings, cereals, trail mixes , baked goods. *If you start with 1 cup and it dries to 1/2 cup it is still a 1 cup value .

1 cup (depending on amount used) vegetable
