Club House Sandwich and Kohlrabi Fries


Ingredients:

Cabbage

Tomatoes

Bone in Ham

Chicken Breast

Stoneground Mustard

IP Italian Dressing

1-2 cups kohlrabi (cut into french fry shape)

1-2 tsps olive oil

Sea salt

Cracked pepper

Rosemary


Peel and slice 1 to 2 cups of kohlrabi into french fry shapes. Toss with 1 to 2 teaspoons of your favorite olive oil and season to taste with simple sea salt, cracked pepper and a little bit of rosemary. Air fry on the french fry setting for six minutes. Toss, and air fry for an additional six minutes.

Fries are pictured with a clubhouse sandwich using the artisan bread we featured last week. Between the layers of the toasted bread are cabbage, tomatoes, bone in ham, chicken breast, stoneground mustard and IP Italian dressing.
