Ingredients: 1 pkg Chocolatey Caramel Mug Cake 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg white 1 egg yolk 1 ounce of milk 1 tbsp water 1-2 tsp grape seed oil - optional 1/4 tsp vanilla
In a small bowl best egg white until glossy and stiff - set aside I’m another small bowl mix mug cake and baking powder - set aside In another bowl whisk egg yolk, oil, vanilla extract ,milk and water together , then add into dry ingredients mixing until smooth. Now fold in egg white into batter. Spoon into waffle maker, set to low - medium
Topping 1/2 cup diced rhubarb warmed with 1 - 2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup or 1 tbsp WF jam
Tip: You can replace water for milk and omit oil if you would like it elsewhere on your daily menu.
Recipe yields 1 unrestricted , 1.5 ounces of daily protein allowance , oil if using , milk if using. Track the sweetener you use.
