Avocado & Olive Devilled Eggs

1 dozen hard boiled eggs

1/3 of large ripe avocado mashed.

12 large stuffed olives diced fine.

2 tbsp onions fine diced

2 tbsp celery diced fine.

½ tsp pepper.


Method:

Slice your eggs in half and place 6 yolks in a bowl and mash.

Add in mashed avocado, onion, olives, celery, and pepper.

Mix well together and fill egg cavities.


Tip: I used red pepper and garlic stuffed olives.

Tip: Place eggs in muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees, let completely cool before peeling.
