Ingredients:
1 tbsp of IP oriental sesame sauce
1 tablespoon of Braggs liquid amino's
1 garlic clove minced through a press
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of water
1.5 cups of vegetables (Bell peppers, celery, green onions, mushrooms, radishes, and/or cucumber)
Endive boats
Marinade:
Mix together 1 tbsp of IP oriental sesame sauce, 1 tablespoon of Braggs liquid amino's, 1 garlic clove minced through a press, 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper, 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper and 1 tbsp of water.
Place marinade in a container and add 4 ounces of cooked shrimp. Marinate for 4 to 12 hours.
Veggies salsa:
Combine and chop 1.5 cups of vegetables (Bell peppers, celery, green onions, mushrooms, radishes, and/or cucumber).
When ready to assemble, discard marinade from shrimp and chop shrimp into small pieces. Add shrimp to your chopped vegetable salsa and mix well. Place salsa in endive boats.
Serve with additional IP oriental sesame sauce and Braggs soy amino's.
