Asian Beef Crockpot Crack Slaw


2 lbs sirloin beef cut into 1inch pieces

4 tsp olive oil - optional

6 cups of cabbage any kinds

1 cup green onions sliced

1 cup sliced red peppers

1 cup beef broth

½ cup Brags Soy aminos

¼ cup white vinegar

4 garlic cloves minced

2 inches fresh garlic minced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp garlic chili paste


In a skillet add oil, sirloin, garlic, salt and pepper. Brown the sirloin and transfer to crockpot.

Whisk Soy aminos, vinegar and garlic chili paste together and pour over sirloin.

Pour in beef broth and add in salt, pepper and ginger. Mix everything well.

Now add in cabbage green onions and peppers on top of the sirloin mixture, do not mix. Cover and turn on low and cook 5 or more hours, toss all ingredients together before ready to serve.

4 servings, each serving contains 8 ounces of protein and 2 cups of vegetables
