Ingredients: 8 oz of wild salmon thawed 2 oz of Braggs soy amino's 2 oz of IP maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground salt 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper Mix the Braggs soy aminos, IP maple syrup, salt and pepper in a marinating container. Add in the salmon making sure to coat evenly. Refrigerate and marinate for 24 hours or more. When ready to air fry, discard marinade and place the salmon in the air fryer. Set to the fish setting for 12 minutes. You may add additional minutes for a drier candied salmon. Once fish is fried, you may brush with additional soy amino's, maple syrup and a fresh sprinkle of salt and pepper.
