Ingredients:
4 – 8 oz of grilled steak your choice sliced
1.5 cups of romaine
½ cup of orange peppers
½ cup of sliced radishes
½ cup of diced cucumbers
Dressing:
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tsp of olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of Brags Soy Seasonings
1 tsp of Italian Seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
Method:
Toss romaine, peppers, radishes, and cucumbers in a medium bowl. Drizzle dressing over top and toss again.
Plate the dressed salad and arrange steak over top of the salad.
