Ingredients:
4 – 6ounce salmon filets
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
Sauce:
2 tbsp. olive oil
6 garlic cloves minced.
½ cup sugar free maple syrup
3 tbsp. soy seasoning
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Franks Hot sauce or something similar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp glucomannan powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pat salmon dry, sprinkle the salt, pepper, and paprika over evenly.
In a saucepan add oil and garlic, once fragrant add soy seasoning, lemon juice, hot sauce, and water. Once sauce is heated through, sprinkle glucomannan powder over sauce and whisk in. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
Brush the salmon with the sauce.
Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes, halfway through baking, brush again with sauce.
Once salmon reaches desired doneness remove from oven and brush once again.
*Cooking fish at higher temp results in a crispier glaze, you can reduce temperature and cook fish longer*
*Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices*
