2-4 cups of romaine
1 cup diced celery
1 cup of diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced green onion
1/4 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup tomato of your choice
Sliced colored pepper rings for garnish
1/4 cup purple cabbage
Wash, dry and top romaine into bite size pieces, add your assorted veggies and toss well. You may use any sugar free bottled dressing, or your own favorite fresh dressing.
Dressing: 2 tsp favorite olive oil, 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of Italian herbs and spices 1/4 tsp minced garlic, Salt and pepper to taste
5-8 cups vegetables, 2 tsp of oil
