Chocolate Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone


Ingredients:

2 cups of diced turnip or cauliflower

Water

2 ounces of liquid flavored sweetener (Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone)

1 tsp of caramel extract

1 package of chocolate drink

½ tsp caramel extract

1 cup of water

½ cup of ice

Method:

In a medium saucepan place diced turnip or cauliflower and cover with water. Bring to a simmer and cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat, drain water and cool.

Puree vegetable until smooth and divide in half.

In each half of the puree add 1 ounce of flavored sweetener, and ½ tsp of caramel extract. Spoon into ice cube trays and freeze.

Smoothie:

In a blender place 1 cup of water, ½ cup of ice, 1 serving of flavored frozen vegetable, ½ tsp caramel extract, and puree until smooth.
