Cabbage Sautéed in Kimchi Sauce



Ingredients:

¼ cup green onions or scallions sliced-divided in 2

2 garlic cloves

1-inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped

2 tsp of olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Brags soy seasoning

1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

1 tbsp of water

2 cups green or Napa cabbage

Method:

Puree together, scallions, garlic, ginger, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, brags soy seasoning, garlic chili sauce, and water until well blended.

In a large skillet cook cabbage until tender crisp, salt and add 1/8 cup sliced scallions, toss well, now add your pureed Kimchi style sauce, add a bit at a time this sauce has great heat.

This sautéed cabbage is excellent over, chicken, fish, or pork. Great as a side dish to a main course.
